Accommodation in Antwerp
There are no specific accommodation arrangements made between the conference organisers and particular hotels. Participants are therefore free to choose accommodation to their liking.
However, there are hotels where a reduction is offered if booking of the accommodation is performed through the online booking tool. Within the online booking tool, one can select a hotel from an overview of ± 40 hotels and receive a discount based on their Best Available Rate (currently -10%). Please note that prices may vary depending on the booking period.
How to book a hotel (please follow the steps in the right order):
1. Go to the online booking tool
2. First enter code UAACB19 and click on ‘Search’
3. Then enter the arrival and departure dates and click on ‘Search’
4. You’ll see an overview of all available hotels and their 'Best Available Rate' (-10%) at that moment, including any cancellation conditions
5. Choose a hotel and book your room
